The Challenge

ENOC launched a major financial reporting and forecasting project in two phases.
  1. Phase 1: Replace manual budgeting and forecasting with a more efficient tool, addressing the slow, error-prone Cognos-based process that took up to four months.
  2. Phase 2: Implement a robust financial consolidation solution to improve accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
