We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for
fresh MBA graduates looking to build a strong foundation in sales and business development. You
will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, and driving revenue growth through cold
calling and client outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services and build interest.
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients to nurture business opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, appointments, and conversions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

Skills Required

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
