The Challenge

ENOC launched a major financial reporting and forecasting project in two phases.

  1. Phase 1: Replace manual budgeting and forecasting with a more efficient tool, addressing the slow, error-prone Cognos-based process that took up to four months.
  2. Phase 2: Implement a robust financial consolidation solution to improve accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Our Solution

ENOC chose SAP BPC for its seamless integration with SAP BW/4HANA and BusinessObjects, enhancing financial report accessibility. SAP BPC streamlined budgeting and allocation, improving efficiency and consistency. It also created a unified platform for standardized management reporting across the organization.
